About Us
City Of God Ministries began in Charlotte, NC with a group of passionate worshipers in search of a deeper relationship with God. As the ministry grew, we found creative ways to support socially disadvantaged families through faith-based programs. Our ministry changes lives by helping others develop a personal relationship with God.
The City is a place of ministry. Ministry does not just happen on Sunday morning. It happens every day. We make an impact upon the lives of others through our personal testimonies of God's grace & favor. We are a people of love, as the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit. The City of God continues the legacy of service and love through our membership covenant to Give, Serve, & Love.
