For many years Apostle Gary was known as a skilled musician with the call of God upon his life to usher in the presence of the Lord through prophetic music. His musical abilities are a gift from the Lord. 

Gary has played for some of the most renowned preachers and musical artists of our time. While music opened the door for many ministry experiences, in 1995 the Lord made clear to Pastor Bellinger that he was not called only to the ministry of music, but also to the ministry of the Word. In 2002, Apostle Bellinger along with his wife, Apostle Myra Bellinger began The City of God Ministries in Charlotte, NC and Charleston, SC. One church, two locations. 

With this mandate, God gave Apostle Bellinger an Apostolic anointing, a ministry of deliverance with a heart for worship. He believes that his assignment is to change atmospheres, assist in transforming lives and to teach the restorative message of developing right relationship with the Father.  Gary earned a BA in from  New Life Theological Seminary and is an aspiring theologian.

Apostle Gary along with his wife currently reside in Charlotte, NC; and is the proud father of Jasmine, Sylver, Cameron, David and Maya.
